Webfeb 19, 2022 · i removed my fcu, reinstalled and now my takedown lever won’t move past the 3’oclock position so i can remove the slide… haven’t tried firing but everything. The mag is out and the slide is locked back but the damn takedown lever will not go to 6 o'clock position. Webjun 25, 2022 · try pressing down on the slide lock mechanism and see if that lets you move the take down lever.

Webapr 25, 2023 · while hold the slide back at this position, with my right thumb over the take down lever, i started working the lever back and forth about 10 times. Webjan 26, 2022 · it is now stuck at 7/5 o'clock. Webdec 10, 2017 · when it perfectly aligns with the direction of the rails, that's the point of how much you need to turn the takedown lever to remove the slide. The slide sits about 1/8 from the back end of the frame, but racks ok and can be locked back with the release/catch.
