It’s true that headspace lacks in variety, but meditation needn’t be complicated to be good. Webi currently have a subscription to headspace, but i will not be renewing when it expires. They have meditation courses (sets of guided meditations that build on each other) that are geared towards those.
Headspace was fine a few years ago, but the focus of the meditations and the platform. Webhello, i can definitely say that the headspace app is worth it.
