I haven't seen the goons in like 10+ straight raids on maps where they can spawn, also have quite a few streets raid without either of the scav bosses spawning. Actually makes the odds higher than if it was. Absolutely every time i go to interchange killa is somewhere, and factory is at least 80% with no exaggeration. Webthey seem to think that if you get no boss 7 times in a row, you will 100% get boss in your next 3 raids.
