This poo is getting old. Webyou’re right but also somewhat not. I haven't seen the goons in like 10+ straight raids on maps where they can spawn, also have quite a few streets raid without either of the scav bosses spawning.
Absolutely every time i go to interchange killa is somewhere, and factory is at least 80% with no exaggeration. Webbosses and goons are 100 percent spawn. Actually makes the odds higher than if it was. No matter how many. Nakita must be pissed off at people about the whole pve deal and just making it suck for. Webthey seem to think that if you get no boss 7 times in a row, you will 100% get boss in your next 3 raids. 40% spawn rate means that everytime you load a raid you have 40% chance of spawning a boss.
