I will only have time to. I paid for a comsae, but only got 10. Candidates take comlex level 3 after graduating from their doctor of osteopathic school. Used combank. wasn't that impressed. Uworld prepares you well for step 3, but definitely not level 3.

Uworld prepares you well for step 3, but definitely not level 3. Webin my opinion, combank will prepare you a lot better for level 3, especially if you are looking to get a 650+.
