Webanking md is the og milesdown deck but revamped and better. It was basically overhauled and they added more cloze to just generally make it more comprehensive. Webanking is based off of milesdown's deck. It's essentially the skeleton with updated cards/content. No reason use md if you're torn between the two. This is the best study deck for the mcat.
